Natural Goodness

My neighbour pressed 40 kg of apples and nashis for me and the resulting 17 litres of juice are now in bottles.  The fresh juice was heated to 74C, poured into heated bottles and sealed.  It tastes delicious and will probably all be gone quite soon.  The apple and nashi trees in the orchard are laden with fruit and more will be pressed next week.
