Clifford at Ninety

Clifford is a cheerful soul. He celebrated his ninetieth birthday last week. His daughter made a huge cake for him which he has brought to church to share. The decoration is laid out as a picture of his garden, of which he is very proud.

He also helps out at St Botolph's Primary School. Staff and pupils put on a grand party for him, with yet another cake.

Astonishingly, I have no other commitments today so was able to go along to the Open Church coffee morning which I know Clifford attends regularly, and I was able to capture his portrait. 

I captured Basil too, see extra, showing his bottom canines protruding from a toothless front jaw. He still looks happy and is well able to eat biscuits.
