John Rylands

A grand day out with Chrissie, Dave, Ian and Pauline, visiting the magnificent John Rylands Library and then the exhibition of Leonardo da Vinci drawings at the Manchester City Art Gallery. 

A personal highlight came as I was leaving the gallery.  Approaching the revolving doors, a mother with a toddler said "let the grown-ups go first." Grown-up eh?  A rare compliment.
