Graffiti

Sptted this as I walked along the Water of Leith on way to work this morning. Whoever did this must have been pretty determined as it would have had to have been done from the river itself, as far as I can tell. 

Now wondering why I dont tend to get riled by graffiti but do get disgruntled by padlocks on bridges - possibly something to do with location and impact.
