Indoctrination
In a bizarre twist of wonderful fate, one of my oldest friends stayed in a Cambridge Travelodge last night, to help her brother and sister-in-law with their move to the city.
She was with her two children, so I joined for a buffet breakfast before work, as we have revelled in many over the years. It's important to indoctrinate children early into how to maximise impact at a breakfast buffet. Never start with bread/pastries as they will stuff the stomach. Start lightly with cereals and fruit. Move onto the cooked selection (as pictured - excellent crispy hash browns). Finish with as many croissants and pains aux raisin as the appetite can withstand. The children did very well and showed much promise for future breakfast buffets.
