Butifarra with Egg
After a day of household bits and bobs and then an online induction for the face-to-face oral examining training session I’ll be doing tomorrow, Bb and I went to Sanabres for dinner. It was quiet, being a Monday night, so we sat downstairs in the bar area and I had a simple cheese omelette. Here's Cesar, who's vacuum packing this Catalan sausage with egg. We brought a little one home to try. It can be eaten as is, or lightly fried.
