The daffodil view of Herm Island

This morning it was an exceedingly low tide and Miss T went off to walk down the steep steps to Petit Port once more with Casper. Only during such a low tide is it possible to walk across the entire sandy bay from Petit Port to Moulin Huet. (extra of Petit Port from Miss T) She walked across and back again sending us videos of her progress from time to time. It was warm and sunny and she said felt like summer down there.  After her walk I met her at the top which is adjacent to this field which points north towards Herm. We live on a fairly narrow peninsula with bays to the north and the south.
After we got home she discovered that she had lost her AirPod case which is a much treasured and needed item. So, after a quick lunch she set off again to the 
beach to look for them as she had taken her jacket off at one point and she thought that was where they would be. Sadly after descending the many many steps once more, the tide had already reached the place she thought they could be.
Then, as she got halfway back up the steps she discovered it at the side of the path and remembered this was where she had put Casper back on his lead! 
Sigh of relief! Happy ending and £70 replacement cost saved :)
