Simples

A couple of weeks ago, prompted by the latest internet  banking fiasco which left me with a corrupted password and unable to even look at at our accounts for several days, I decided to switch banks. Apart from a slight misunderstanding on my  part and one faulty bank card, its all gone smoothly. This morning we sorted out a new savings account and that's it, finished. We  now have an impressive pile of paper work, of which this is just a small sample
