Making my gluten free granola:

G/f oats, puffed rice, almonds, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds mixed together with honey and a little rapeseed oil spread out on two baking sheets and popped in the oven for 15 mins.  Add some broken up walnuts and return to the oven for a further 10 mins.  Remove from oven and add some raisins.  Cool and store in an airtight container =
 A lovely g/f breakfast with no preservatives or added sugar - delicious.

Otherwise I've had a day off from everything, apart from blitzing the bathroom.  Not feeling 100% but Vit B12 jab is due so will be bouncing again come Monday, hopefully.
