Female Blackbird

A very lucky capture, just off Rue de Tolbiac. I first had a male on the green fence (three poor shots ), then he hopped down and the female came into view--two shots, this the second and he flew on. 20 seconds from first shot to last. This winter we saw no blackbirds until 12 February (one distant shot), since then only 1or 2 every couple of days. Previous winters they've been regularly around  Sunny day, up to 16˚C/50˚F; nothing else noteworthy.
