Protective mum

Had a long overdue visit to the doctor's surgery today to get have an asthma review, get a flu jab and talk about my blood pressure. Nurse does not seem too worried about the readings as she can see that I'm very active (I turned up with all my bike gear). 

Went out for a short walk at lunchtime and tried walking to a WW soundtrack. The fast paced power walk coincided with the muddiest bit of the path so a lot of slipping and sliding went on. The Egyptian geese still have five babies. They were all tucked up under mum while dad kept a good lookout. 

Pilates and spinning at the gym after work. Pleased to have an instant healthy tea ready for afterwards.
