If You See Me Walking down the street....

West Portland Street, Portland Street, runs from the Prom (directly behind me -yesterday's photograph I am merely standing the opposite direction), a quarter of a mile along the "nose" or "trun" of Troon, and ends at Portland Park, where it becomes Dundonald Road.

At the opposite side of Portland Park is the North beach.

It was still early and the sun hadn't come up yet, but you can see the glow beginning in the west, at the top of the picture.

Lots of traffic lights, and a sprinkling of Christmas lights, and right in the foreground, the Beach Cafe which I blipped a long while ago, back in September 2010.

Lovely fond memories of this end of the street.
