Scottish and prickly

I'm not referring to my lineage, although others might.

This Scotch Thistle was seen beside the path through the Arch Hill Reserve just above the motorway to the northwest. I particularly like the one new purple flower amongst all the burst seed pods and green prickly leaves.

Daughter J saw her GP this morning. who is not writing it off as to be expected, but nor is she responding as did J's father. I was unable to not think of things that shouldn't be missed. Fine tuning of medication and all is much better by this evening.
