Another Street Shot

I feel I am getting a little boring with my shots. I don't have much time and it's pretty cold outside. Most of my shots lately have been on the walk to school. This one is no different.

This guy is on one of the 'pedal power' carts. Some of the ones like this that I post are motorised. This guy, however, gets by purely on leg power. At least the effort will keep him a little warmer, if not happier. He's pretty well laden here as well.
