Spring flowers

My friend F popped in yesterday evening with some lovely flowers. Then she took Flora for a walk. Kindness itself.

This morning I received an unwelcome email cancelling a whole week's work in early March. I know that's the deal and that being a hired hand was a choice I made when I gave up permanent employment but still. It's disappointing.

Unseasonably mild. These sorts of temperatures wouldn't be too shabby in April. Or May.

At long last I'm making a bit of progress with Borrow my Doggy and I'm hoping to meet a potential walker later on today. Good to have a back up plan. Yoga tonight - or possibly not. The logistics might be against me. One of those times when a Borrow my Doggy contact would be helpful.
