Snow and Sun

The hills today were looking remarkable with the early morning sun shining on them, leaving dark shadows to make the contours stand out. We had no such luck with a sunrise today, it came for a brief instant, then petered out, but it did leave the hills to the west of The Beauly Firth standing out very well. Another cold day with parts of the Firth trying to freeze over. It was minue six degrees last night.
