Enjoying the sun!

The last section of the 36 mile Aberdeen bypass opened on Tuesday, so I drove up from Stonehaven to the Cleanhill Roundabout just to experience it. I can now go the the Airport without having to go through Aberdeen.  A lot of forest had to be destroyed in order to make way for it, and what pleased me was the miles of replacement forestry that has been planted.  Cleanhill Roundabout is the first chance after Stonehaven to come off it, so I took it.  Stopped off at Portlethen Retail Park and shopped at Asda and Matalan.  In a field just south of Stonehaven a farmer has this horse facing the road.  I think he looks very nice in his sparkling bridle and Winter coat.
