Fish Shop......!!!!

I’ve just been round to my local fish shop and what a wonderful display they have today.....
I bought cod and sea trout for dinner....I know, I know not very adventurous but I’m not a great ‘fish’ person...but I will try some other types!!
I bake fish in the oven as that way I find there is no smell at all and the fish stays beautifully moist...I generally add a marinade of Chinese or Thai flavor to the trout.... it the cod stays basic with just some oil and lemon slices...!
The fish shop is literally just around the corner from me and although a little expensive definitely worth every cent!!
