Thoughtless and dangerous!

I'm not sure if it's a basket or a trolley but which ever it is it shouldn't be in the centre of the small pond in Queens Park.

If I'd had been wearing waders I would have walked to the centre of the pond and removed the offensive bit of metal work. The swan was curious but didn't go too close.

I hope one of the council workers manages to remove the trolley before some bird gets caught in the metal.
