Wide view

This photograph shows a high tide higher than usual, so although it looked quite dramatic it didn't actually flood the car park near where I was standing.
This scene illustrates one of my current dilemmas regarding cameras and lenses, which is that I currently don't have a decent zoom lens so I can't zoom in on a scene like this.  Looking through photography magazines and websites at the moment it's clear that various new cameras have been brought out, there are updates of other models out, and there are still more to come.  I have decided to wait a bit longer before I make any decisions.
