It’s 7-a-side time already! Playing for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences again (Inglorious FASSterds). Pre-tournament friendly on Tuesday and we turned over one of the Learning Delivery teams 2-0. Nice to be playing that form of football again - and lovely and sunny...

Last night, C came home and said that the Mini was making a funny noise. The rear pads were down to nothing. So sent her off in the TT this morning while I fitted the new alternator to the Mog. Had to rush round to Kev’s to rescue the pulley from the old alternator before he sent it off in part-exchange.

I’ll have a go at the mini brakes at the weekend. On the previous occasion when I wrestled with the wind-back pistons, I ended up giving up and taking it to the garage. Hopefully better luck this time...
