Excursion

We took a small group of children to visit the residents of an aged care facility down the road. Such beautiful moments of connection between both ends of the age spectrum. Evelyn the lovely lady I visited with 4 three year olds had been a nanny in her youth and as we chatted, she started to remember some of the finger plays she used to chant with her charges.
