Two Lochs Walk

A lovely mild and mostly sunny day, so after hanging out two loads of washing and having a quick lunch, we headed off to Birnie and Gaddon Lochs in Fife.  Lots of cars in the car park, but we didn't see too many people on the walk.

We did the complete circuit of Birnie and a small section of Gaddon, as the path leaves the lochside and climbs a hill.  Plenty of birds in the water, but hard to see them against the low winter sun, so enjoyed the birdsong in the trees instead.

Washing all dry on our return - the first time this year!  Hope this weather lasts over the weekend.
