Today...

I had to go the hospital for bone density scan because of my broken wrist they were very nice and after the scan I had to go to the ward for the result the Nurse was very pleased my bones were in the green so that was very good she was pleased that I was taking Vitamin D my calcium levels were very good so at least that was something also she said I didn’t look 69 I was 68 when I fell they wanted to know my age when I fell! Thank you all for the nice comments I have been looking at everyone’s and mean to go back....have a nice weekend
