Judas Ear

So named because it looks like an ear and it mainly grows on elder trees, and legend has it that Judas Iscariot hung himself on an elder tree.  also known as Jew's ear and Jelly ear.  Edible, apparently, but I have no desire to eat things that look like ears..... of course that may change!!
