The telephone engineer came, and though fixing part of the problem, identified an issue on the BT supplied modem... so we need to revisit to reinstall a new modem when it arrives. M. was running his mum through how to send a message. His patience was quite tested as she seemed more interested in her jigsaw puzzle.
