Accident Scene - Ketchup for effect!

This is our new worktop made from Iroko wood. I researched to find a wood that is from a sustainable source and this fitted the bill. It has traditionally been used for boat building but has found its way into our homes now as well.
It had only been in the kitchen for one day and I had an awful mishap.
The gas man was here reconnecting our cooker and the oven was in the middle of our (very small) kitchen floor and he had a tool bag near the sink. While he went upstairs with Frank to check something I thought I could use the opportunity to put some things in the kitchen cupboards. I got to the sink but then tripped over the tool bag and went crashing down with my mouth and nose onto the worktop! Blood everywhere!
Frank flew down the stairs to my rescue. I thought I must have broken my nose and knocked my crowns out but it appears not. I have swelling and bad bruising under my top lip.
The reason I tell you all this is that when I was looking up Iroko wood I found this info on Wikipaedia:-

Weird because when it came into the house a week ago Frank started having terrible upper abdominal pain like really bad indigestion. As he had a heart attack just over a year ago we were worried so called the doctor who sent for an ambulance. Frank was in agony by the time they came and we were really scared. Anyway, after a some pain relief and a scan he was told he had a few small gallstones. The pain suddenly went away in the evening - the stone must have moved.
I know it's only coincidence, but after reading about the 'Spirit of the Iroko Tree' it did make me wonder....

I can confirm that Iroko is indeed a hard wood!
