Moon and Stars

Went to see Mum today. As it was nice weather I took her outside for a walk round the garden. On the way back through their "street" which has old fashioned shop fronts, a cafe, bus stop and the like, I spotted this sign on one of the window frames. I suppose it's an old pub sign do you think?
