Play time

The roses I'd gotten for the girls for Valentines' Day are, for the most part, still looking good--except for three yellow roses & one pink, which were all droopy & ready to be thrown out. Instead of throwing them away, I thought I'd play around a bit by freezing them this morning. For whatever reason---maybe because they were fuller than the flowers I'd used before---I had a hard time keeping them submerged, even in shallow water, so the petals didn't lay quite like I'd imagined, but it's all good fun to experiment! Can't believe it's already Friday again--I don't know where the time goes! Hope you all have a great weekend! :))
