Back to life...

I returned to work today after a few days leave and was greeted by a freshly topped mountain of emails. It's a juggling act to balance quality and quantity.

In the evening I went to see a film chosen by my friend Katie, Instant Family. It was a genre-crossing film with some moments of cringe worthy/awkward humour and an emotional tale of fostering and adoption. As usual I cried at the funny, happy and sad parts i.e. most of the film. Thank goodness that cinemas are dark (other than the snazzy staircase in this Blip).
