Music Shop then Coffee

After the start of the CrossFit Open this year (15 minute AMRAP, 19 wall balls, 19 calories on the rower) we headed out for breakfast with Paul. Then a pop in via the local music shop, Concept Music. Paul has been too long without a guitar in his hands and the ukulele just doesn’t cut it! Coffee at a bike shop after!

Paul checked out some new Nike trainers but unfortunately they didn’t have them in his size. Pretty cool though Air Jordan’s though!
