A Challenge

The snow is back, if only for a day or two. It added an extra dimension to my eleven o’clock walk. I tried to land safely when jumping from pillar to pillar. I nailed it!

Today was the first day of the cross-country World Championships. Yay! We watched the sprint, which ended with a silver medal for Sweden in the ladies’ race after a debacle where two of the three Swedish skiers fell because of a broken pole.

Mum has been talking about how she wants to go skiing. Hm. I’m not sure she can do it. It sounds risky to me. Maybe the snow will be all gone before she finally decides to do it.
