Loro Parque

Mum’s birthday today and so lovely to be all together to do pressies and cards.

We spent the day at Loro Parque, the famous animal and parrot park nearby. We saw all sorts of animals, penguins in snow, jellyfish in multicoloured tanks, lions and huge whales. C&R’s highlight was the whale rollercoaster which was quite nippy to say the least!

Picnic and climbing up tree houses with slides and rope bridges were other favourite bits before heading back to the little yellow train which took us back to the hotel.

B’day meal and fizz for Mum in the evening followed by some Latino singing.
