Wreck and Ruins
SATURDAY
After heavy rain at breakfast-time the skies cleared and the sun came out.
We drove down to Paphos to spend around three hours looking at the ancient buildings and mosaics at the UNESCO World Heritage Site (see extras).
After late lunch we had a stroll down the seafront at Paphos.
This evening I had a 6km run along the coast to the wreck of Edro III (main blip). Registered in the shipping utopia of Sierra Leone and crewed by seven Albanians and two Egyptians, it ran aground in 2011 and has since become a bit of a tourist attraction.
The person on the cliff has lifted a girl in his arms and was jokingly threatening to throw her off the edge. She was screaming loudly.
