Stool pigeon

Not sure where this Guy was coming from, or more to the point where the stool came from. The shop he is sitting in front of, is empty. It used to belong to a recruitment firm that conveniently relocated itself. I don't know if he is hoping they will return or is perhaps making a statement about the state of the job market. Didn't particularly want to hang around and besides he looked to comfy to be going anywhere fast!
