Ladram Bay
It was a lovely morning with the sun breaking through the mist so we decided to walk to Sidmouth along the coast path. As we climbed up the nearest hills we could see that there was quite a strong mist out at sea and Sidmouth was only just visible. The sound of skylarks followed us along the way with us spotting several of them flying overhead. We stopped at Ladram Bay for a coffee where it was still a bit hazy. The extra shows the early part of our walk with a view looking back towards Budleigh Salterton with a very high tide.
We had lunch in a cafe in Sidmouth but by the time we came out it had clouded over, so glad we made an early start today to enjoy the unusually warm sunshine.
