Christ Church Town Hall of The Performing Arts

On the 22 February 2011, this premier venue moved more than half a metre towards the River Avon behind, and the floor of the auditorium rose by a metre. Today, eight years and three days and NZ$ 167 million later, it opened its doors to the public.
