Promising

Went up to the community centre in the Kirkgate to cast our votes in Leith Decides - it was hoachin' in there as usual, and we got a bonus onion bhaji from the Punjabi Junction. (Diet, what diet?). Very difficult to choose which worthy causes to support, they were all deserving. No real photo ops, though. On our way there I was momentarily astonished to see a tree apparently covered with green buds; but it was just an alder smothered in catkins. Still, promising!
