On the bench, again.

The gym was really quiet this morning, and there was only  one of the Sunday crowd there, which was Ann.  She left long before I had finished, so I went to the locker room to get my headphones, and actually managed to find the radio station, which believe me wasn't easy. It was really warm when I came out,  and I took this shot from the other side of the river.I was hoping to find something better, but that didn't happen, so beggars can't be choosers. J  came home about an hour after I did, and had had a good morning with his mates at Llandow. We are having a steak dinner later, and I am starving. Later on we will be watching Endeavour.
