Helena Handbasket

Another of Chatham's architectural gems.

Having finished my sewing project and got the flat just so, I treated myself to a reading binge and had finished my library book by mid day. I knew the library had one on reserve for me so I popped round to trade one for the other.

Somehow I had it in my head that the library is open on Sundays. It isn't. So what to do with the rest of my day? I cleaned the flat (all of fifteen minutes), rehung my mirror, rehung my strings of pretty cards in a far more professional manner, and then put the baskets under the sofa to better use, meaning that there is now nothing on top of the wardrobe. It's all looking very clutter and stress-free.
