Bath time at St John's pond

We woke to beautiful blue skies again this morning and when I went out in my car around midday it showed a temperature of 19°C - amazing!  Later in the afternoon I took a walk to St John's pond at the top of our road.  It is finally filling up nicely after suffering badly during last year's long, hot dry Summer.  Amongst the visiting waterfowl were several mallards, who were busy washing and showing off.  Here is Mrs Mallard doing her thing.
