Little owl

What a busy day! Jacqui came and we had a go at making our own beeswax wraps. This is a very sticky job, involving melting beeswax with resin and adding oil to make a gloopy mixture which you slaver over your fabric. The results were quite good and you can then use them instead of cling film, eliminating some single use plastic. Of course you can just buy some if you prefer!
Then we had a little go at needle felting which I have never tried before. I made little owl, was very relaxing and not sticky at all!
