A weekend away ..

I stayed with my sister Friday - today as I had a rehearsal in Leeds and she and her partner cared for Maisie while I was busy.

I decided to come home via an area which is known for red kites - and Maisie and I had a good walk around in the sunshine and I photographed the kites as they came in to roost.

In spite of the sunshine, I had to use a shockingly high ISO, so it's a bit grainier than I'd like
