Wandering.....

....through Hanmer Forest and of course stopping to take blips, asyoudo.

It was hot, like far too hot, 33C! We had a picnic and then thought it would be cooler in the shade of the forest but we were wrong. E stayed in the car while we ambled, she had been bitten overnight by mosquito's and her feet were completely swollen, poor girl.

We all enjoyed the road trip, seeing the dry brown landscape, lunching under the shade of the trees and just being together. It's been a week since A arrived time is ticking by, she leaves us in a couple of days so we're making the most of being together :)
