Bill

I attended an annual charity event hosted by the a capella group "Augmented Eight."  Each year for the last 27 years they have performed at a local church and invited other a capella groups from around the country to join them for a most entertaining evening.  They have raised more than $500,000 over the last 27 years to support local homeless shelters.  

This is our dear friend Bill who is a member of the Augmented Eight, comprised of a group of lawyers who have a passion for singing and wonderful voices.  Bill is the husband of my friend Maggie who passed away a little over a year ago.  Bill is a former D.C. assistant District Attorney who started his law career prosecuting murderers and rapists.  He eventually joined a private law firm and is a very skilled and successful litigator.  He is so very clever and witty. In addition to singing a solo here, he was the host of the evening.  The lighting wasn't very good, and I wasn't very close so this isn't the best picture, but it is the best I managed to get.
