Ice fishing in the car park

Freeze, thaw, freeze, snow, freeze, thaw, freeze.
Freeze, thaw, rain. Freeze.
It's all a bit much for some people, and I can understand that. 
But this? Going out into a flooded car park to spear a pike?
The inhumanity of it. It's, it's, it's... inhumane.
