Wally & Beaver

Wally belongs to one of the mares. Because of his outrageous personality, Beaver was adopted to calm Wally down. I have so much to learn about horses!

Apparently, his mother is a bit stubborn, so sometimes, like last night, she is left out in the cold over night because she won't come willingly into the stable at the end of the day. To me, she is playing around, testing the handler, running away and coming back again then running away again.

Last night all the other horses were quite disturbed she wasn't in the barn with them, being quite loud in their objections to her treatment. So, ten o'clock at night Dave went and brought her in. This time, she didn't put up a fuss as I think she knew this was her last chance to get out of the cold night.
