A Volvo Grand Prix

Back up into the hills to visit Santiago del Teide, a home to Tenerife folk rather than tourists. A really nice place to visit, a beautiful church, a walk in the countryside constructed by the local school children and wine growers at work in their vineyards, pruning the vines.
The bus back was running very late so we were treated to a very high speed ride down from the hill towns and villages on narrow roads with scary drops, just so the driver could meet his schedule.
