Choir started up again this evening. Here are T and and Rachel discussing the finer points of an Alto ostinato (probably).

It wasn’t a normal Monday as I had to go to work for a training day. I missed a lovely walk in the sunshine with my dad and the dogs in order to practice my downward dog in the school hall. We also learned all about a trampoline belly, dragons breath breathing and how to charge water with positive words. Apparently if you insult a bowl of rice it goes black.
