Bread Rolls
My latest attempt at making bread. I used a mixture of strong white and spelt flours for these rolls today.
I’m beginning to get a feel for the basics, like a sense of when the dough is elastic enough and adding steam to the process makes a marked difference. Plenty of room for improvement and no doubt some further disasters along the way.
